# Koud Oy

Koud builds custom software end-to-end and as embedded specialists in client teams. Engagements typically begin with a 1–3 week consulting/audit phase that produces a written recommendation, then continue into delivery and multi-year maintenance. Contracts have no annual index hikes and no sub-subcontracting outside named people. The team applies the Finnish IT collective agreement (Tietoalan TES). Working languages: Finnish and English. EU data residency by default; AI workloads run on Azure OpenAI EU, Mistral, or self-hosted open models.
