What it is like to work with us
- IT collective agreement applied voluntarily. We follow the Finnish IT CBA even when we are not required to.
- Same pay band, same timeline. Salary ranges are public when positions are open and do not depend on negotiation skills.
- Long client relationships. Our partnerships are multi-year. You are not constantly in the early phase of a new project.
- Tampere base. Remote is part of life, but the office is on Kalevantie within walking distance of the centre.
